We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund in relation to tutor services offered on our platform. This policy outlines our refund procedures and eligibility criteria.

When Can I Get a Refund?

If you are a Student

No Refund

Refund Types

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method such as credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or PayPal. Your bank or payment provider may deduct transaction fees which TutorTod is not responsible for.

If You Are a Tutor – When You Get Paid

When Tutors Do Not Receive Payment

When Students Cannot Receive a Refund

Refund Requests and Payment Queries Process

Students and tutors must submit refund requests or payment queries within seven days of the scheduled class.

TutorTod will review the request and respond within 10 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

TutorTod reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically for updates.
