Introduction

These Platform Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the TutorTod platform including creating an account, browsing tutoring listings and purchasing tutor services provided by independent tutors.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using the platform you confirm that you agree to these terms and related policies.

• You have read and agree to these Terms.
• You agree to the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
• Parents or guardians may accept these Terms on behalf of minors.
• Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account independently.
• Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent.
• You confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Account Registration

To access tutor services you must create an account and provide accurate information.

• First and last name
• Email address
• Password
• Country and postal code
• Grade information
• Payment details

Services

TutorTod operates the platform but does not provide tutoring services directly. Tutor services are provided by independent tutors and a service contract is formed between the student and tutor when a booking is confirmed.

Live Classes

• Live classes are conducted online at scheduled times.
• You must have adequate internet connectivity and compatible devices.
• TutorTod may record sessions for quality assurance.
• Students must not record or distribute class sessions.

Acceptable Use Policy

• Do not misuse the platform or violate laws.
• Do not harass or abuse tutors or other users.
• Do not upload harmful or illegal content.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems.
• Do not distribute malware or harmful software.

Tutors

Tutors are independent contractors and not employees of TutorTod. TutorTod does not guarantee the quality, accuracy or outcomes of tutor services.

Payment and Pricing

Fees for tutor services are displayed on the platform and must be paid in full at the time of purchase using available payment methods.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds and cancellations are governed exclusively by the TutorTod Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

All platform content is owned by TutorTod or its licensors. Tutor content remains the property of the tutor.

Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the TutorTod Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

TutorTod is not liable for educational outcomes, tutor conduct, platform disruptions or third-party services.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify TutorTod against claims resulting from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

Termination and Suspension

TutorTod may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the platform.

Force Majeure

TutorTod shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

General Provisions

These Terms together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and TutorTod.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
